Filling the gap rather nicely between Fisco's Tuf-Lok and Tri-Matic ranges, the Fisco TL5ME Tri-Lok Tape 5m/16ft (19mm blade) is a high quality, robust tape measure purposely designed for the UK's professional tradesmen. Equally at home in the hands of a committed DIY enthusiast or professional, this tape features a polyester coated, curved steel blade which is more than man enough to complete the vast majority of measuring tasks whilst retaining its bright colour and clear markings.
Featuring both imperial and metric measurements along its length, this five metre / sixteen feet blade is 19mm wide making for easy reading and excellent standout. At Class I accuracy (EEC certified) and coming complete with a self-adjustable end hook you can rest safe in the knowledge that this pocket tape is just about as accurate as you can get.
The hook is protected by a patented 'bump hook' (helping to reduce impact damage from a rapidly returning blade and hook) whilst the impact-resistant ergonomic ABS plastic grip provides both durability for the tape and comfort for the user.

A compact, reliable and accurate class 1 tape measure when bought in metric only version. Every cabinet maker should have one. The metric measurements to both sides make the task so much easier. The lock is very positive and belt clip for right-handers is neat and effective.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tape ;-)

This is a well made product with an accurate tape. I am a fine cabinet maker and accuracy is the most important thing in a tape for me. This tape fits the bill and is highly recommended for cabinet makers.
