We can even deliver on a Saturday providing you order before 2pm on the preceding Friday. Delivery starts from just £3.95 ex. VAT for Royal Mail and from just £5.95 ex. VAT for next day courier... free on some products!


We offer a variety of postage options to remain as flexible as possible for our customers. Delivery charges obviously vary depending upon destination and, crucially, the weight of your order. However, the following summary table should give you a good idea of what you can expect to pay.

Pre 10.30am and 12.30pm deliveries

For the vast majority of our products we also offer timed next working day services. Providing you order before 2pm (Mon-Fri) then, if you choose a timed delivery, your order will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day before either 10.30am or 12.30pm. We subsidise all of our delivery prices to make things cheaper for our customers. However, timed deliveries will always be more expensive then a standard next working day courier.

Delivery times

As suggested above, if your package is despatched by Express Courier and your order is processed before 2pm, your package will usually be with you the next working day, usually between 8am and 6pm. Whilst Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-2 working days and 2nd Class 2-4 working days, you should always allow a few more days for delivery by Royal Mail. Please note, however, that Royal Mail quotes considerably longer than this for the maximum acceptable wait.

Whilst highly unlikely, please consult our Terms and Conditions for information on what to do next should your parcel not arrive. Please note that, during particularly busy times (such as Christmas and Black Friday/Cyber Monday), deliveries can take longer and can be subject to earlier ordering cut off times. This is outside of our control and is due to the sheer number of parcels that couriers/Royal Mail have to deal with over these periods. Please allow for additional time when ordering immediately prior to or during these times.

Delivery of out of stock items

Whilst incredibly rare, there may be the odd occasion when we're slightly short on a particular product. However, this generally only occurs for larger orders or particularly expensive items. As a result you may wait slightly longer to receive it... but no more than another day or two! If it looks like a delay is likely we'll call you immediately. If you can't wait we will refund the value of your order back to your card straight away.

We offer a 100% Repair, Replacement or Money Back Guarantee on all faulty, incorrect, unwanted or damaged (in transit) items. All you need to do is contact us, we’ll then provide an official returns note and arrange collection.

Faulty goods

We offer a Full Repair, Replacement or Refund for a period of 6 months on all faulty items. Just contact us and we'll arrange collection. Once the product arrives at our warehouse we will assess it and, if repairable, reserve the right to repair under warranty and send the product back to you. If the product is not repairable and is under warranty we will send you a replacement unit (or a refund if not available) within 3-5 working days providing the damage hasn't been caused by obvious misuse. Certain manufacturers will insist on inspecting faulty items prior to authorising a refund leading to a slight delay. In such situations we may ask that you return your item to the manufacturer or their representative rather than directly to us. Please bear with us in the unlikely event that this happens.

Please note that, as is standard in the retail industry, we/the manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace the faulty unit before offering a refund.

Unwanted items

Most orders can be cancelled by 1.30pm on the day of ordering with customers given a Full Refund minus any postage costs that have been incurred. Orders that have already been despatched or processed within our warehouse can be returned for a refund but the customer will be responsible for organising and paying for the return delivery. The customer will receive a refund for the cost of the items but not our delivery charges. All products must be undamaged, unopened in their original packaging, suitable for resale and returned to us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Incorrect goods 

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product you have the legal right to a Full Refund minus any postage costs incurred if returned within 14 days. In order to be eligible for a refund the products must be undamaged, completely unused, unopened and in their original packaging. If you have received the wrong product(s) please contact us.

In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to provide a different returns procedure for specific product. In such cases we will notify you of this prior to any goods being returned. It is important that you comply with these procededures to be eligible for a refund and to receive that in a timely manner. Please note that the above returns procedures are 100% in line with the very latest consumer protection legislation and are designed to protect the interests of both our customers and ourselves.
